About Our Shipping

All Neon Direct products are made to order by hand and each piece is quality checked thoroughly.

Shipping times refer to time in transit after your parcel has left our factory. Once your product is shipped, you will receive your tracking number.

We offer a range of shipping options to all countries globally, with different prices to reflect different shipping speeds…

Shipping time guidelines are as follow:

 

 

UK Shipping

Standard Shipping (DHL Fully Tracked, 3-5 days delivery once dispatched) – fully tracked service – £49 or FREE on orders over £249

Express Shipping (DHL Fully Tracked, 1-2 days delivery once dispatched) – fully tracked and signed service – £79 or £29 on orders over £249

European Shipping

Standard Shipping (DHL Fully Tracked, 3-5 days delivery once dispatched) – fully tracked service – £49 or FREE on orders over £249

Express Shipping (DHL Fully Tracked, 1-2 days delivery once dispatched) – fully tracked and signed service – £79 or £29 on orders over £249

 

Worldwide Shipping

Standard Shipping (DHL Fully Tracked, 3-5 days delivery once dispatched) – fully tracked service – £49 or FREE on orders over £249

Express Shipping (DHL Fully Tracked, 1-2 days delivery once dispatched) – fully tracked and signed service – £79 or £29 on orders over £249

Some international orders will be shipped with FedEx depending on the order’s final destination.

Returns

We can only accept returns on faulty items and cannot accept returns due to change of mind or accidental order. All Neon Direct products are made to order and go into production upon checkout.

In the very unlikely case of your product arriving damaged please contact us via email on [email protected] or fill in our contact form. Please attach photos/videos of your faulty item along with your order reference number and we will provide you with a return address for you to send your item back to.

Once we have received your item and our team has checked and tested your item, we will send you a replacement item and a refund for the cost of the return label.

 

Import Fees/Duties

Orders to some countries may be subject to import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place. This depends on which country you are ordering from and also the size or weight of your parcel. 

We will always inform you of any additional charges that may apply due to your shipping location. This is usually due to local government tax regulations.

This is standard procedure for any item bought online and is entirely out of our hands – many orders won’t be subject to import fees, but for those that are, please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Neon Direct.
