All Neon Direct products are made to order by hand and each sign is quality checked thoroughly.
Shipping times refer to time in transit after your parcel has left our factory. Once your product is shipped, you will receive your tracking number.
We offer an express production service offering to produce your sign in 1-3 working days. Details outlined below.

We only accept returns on faulty items and do not accept returns due to change of mind or accidental order. All Neon Direct products are made to order and go into production upon checkout. In the very unlikely case of your product arriving damaged please contact us via email on [email protected] or fill in our contact form. Please attach clear photos and videos of your faulty sign along with your order reference number and we will provide you with a return address for you to send your sign back to us. Once we have received your sign and our team has checked, tested and confirmed the reported issue, we will send you a replacement sign and a refund for the cost of the return label.
All orders to UK Customers do not have any import fees. Orders to some countries may be subject to import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place. This depends on which country you are ordering from and also the size or weight of your parcel. We will always inform you of any additional charges that may apply due to your shipping location. This is usually due to local government tax regulations. This is standard procedure for any item bought online and is entirely out of our hands – many orders won’t be subject to import fees, but for those that are, please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Neon Direct.
